I went to see the nurse at the doctors today. she told me the obvious, I need to loose weight. She went through the usual checking my weight, blood pressure etc.

The good news is that my weight has dropped by 1kg, I am now 135Kg which is good news. There is a long way to go, and it isnt easy but so far so good.

I am trying to understand Rachel’s slimming world book, following red days (original) and green days. Basically when you on a red / Original day its the atkins low carb diet, and when you on a green day its a low fat diet. I don’t understand how it works, but all the literature promises it will, and don’t forget I have lost 1kg already.
